Ingredients (8-inch cake):
- Self-raising flour – 250g
- Eggs – 4 / 鸡蛋 4粒
- Salted butter (melted) – 125g
- Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp + a little water
Instructions:
- Add 250g self-raising flour and 4 eggs into a bowl. Beat at high speed (about 8 minutes).
- Add melted butter and mix at low speed until well combined.
- Pour the batter into an 8-inch cake mold lined with baking paper.
- Preheat the oven, then place the cake inside and select Butter Cake mode.
