21. Butter Cake

Ingredients (8-inch cake):

  • Self-raising flour – 250g
  • Eggs – 4 / 鸡蛋 4粒
  • Salted butter (melted) – 125g 
  • Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp + a little water

Instructions:

  1. Add 250g self-raising flour and 4 eggs into a bowl. Beat at high speed (about 8 minutes).
  2. Add melted butter and mix at low speed until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into an 8-inch cake mold lined with baking paper.
  4. Preheat the oven, then place the cake inside and select Butter Cake mode.

材料(8寸蛋糕):

  • 自发面粉 250克
  • 鸡蛋 4粒
  • 有盐黄油(融化) 125克
  • 可可粉 2汤匙 + 少许水

步骤:

  1. 在碗中加入250克自发面粉4粒鸡蛋,用高速搅拌(大约8分钟)。
  2. 加入融化的黄油,用低速搅拌至均匀。
  3. 倒入8寸蛋糕模具(底部垫上烘焙纸)。
  4. 预热烤箱,然后放入蛋糕,选择Butter Cake模式烘烤。
