Ingredients:
- Shallots – 200g, sliced (not too thin)
- Oil – 100g
Instructions:
- Slice the shallots into small pieces (not too thin).
- Place the shallots and oil into a heatproof container.
- Put the container into the i8 oven and select "Fried Shallots" mode.
- Once finished, remove and drain the excess oil.
- Lay the fried shallots on an oil-absorbing paper to cool.
炸红葱酥
材料:
- 红葱 200克,切片(不要太薄)
- 油 100克
步骤:
- 将红葱切成小片(不要太薄)。
- 放入耐热容器,加入油。
- 放入i8烤箱,选择"Fried Shallots"模式。
- 程序结束后马上取出,滤掉多余的油。
- 铺在吸油纸上晾凉,即可存放。
