48. Fried Onion Oil

Ingredients:

  • Shallots – 200g, sliced (not too thin) 
  • Oil – 100g 

Instructions:

  1. Slice the shallots into small pieces (not too thin).
  2. Place the shallots and oil into a heatproof container.
  3. Put the container into the i8 oven and select "Fried Shallots" mode.
  4. Once finished, remove and drain the excess oil.
  5. Lay the fried shallots on an oil-absorbing paper to cool.

炸红葱酥

材料:

  • 红葱 200克,切片(不要太薄)
  • 100克

步骤:

  1. 将红葱切成小片(不要太薄)。
  2. 放入耐热容器,加入油。
  3. 放入i8烤箱,选择"Fried Shallots"模式。
  4. 程序结束后马上取出,滤掉多余的油。
  5. 铺在吸油纸上晾凉,即可存放。
