49. Fried Ikan Bilis

Ingredients:

  • Anchovies 200g

Instructions:

  1. Wash the anchovies thoroughly and pat them dry with oil-absorbing paper. Let them air-dry naturally.  
  2. Spread the anchovies evenly on a baking tray, spray with oil, and place them into the i8 oven. Select the "Fried Ikan Bilis" mode.  
  3. Once finished, remove the tray and let the fried anchovies cool before storing.  


材料:

  • 江鱼仔  200克 
  •  油 – 适量(用于喷洒)  

步骤:

  1. 洗干净江鱼仔,用吸油纸抹干,然后放置自然吹干。  
  2. 将江鱼仔平铺在烤盘上,喷上油,然后放进i8烤箱,选择 "Fried Ikan Bilis" 模式。  
  3. 结束后取出,待炸好的江鱼仔晾凉后即可存放。
