31. Roasted Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings – About 10 pcs 
  • Orleans seasoning powder – 75g
  • Honey – 100g 
  • Water – 70g
  • Baking soda – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 50g

Instructions:

  1. Coat the chicken wings with Orleans seasoning powder and a little water. Marinate overnight.
  2. Add 1 tsp of baking soda, mix well, and marinate for another 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Add a little oil, mix well, and place the wings on the oven rack with the meat side up. Select "Roasted Chicken Wings" mode.
  4. While baking, prepare the honey oil mixture by mixing 50g oil and 100g honey.
  5. After 15 minutes, take out the wings, flip them over, brush with honey oil, and continue baking for another 10 minutes.


材料:

  • 鸡翅膀 10只左右
  • 奥尔良粉 75克
  • 蜂蜜 100克
  • 70克
  • 小苏打 1勺
  • 50克

步骤:

  1. 鸡翅膀抹上奥尔良粉和一点水,腌制一晚上。
  2. 加入1勺小苏打,搅拌均匀,再腌制30分钟至1小时。
  3. 加入一点油搅拌均匀,放在烤架上,肉朝上,选择"Roasted Chicken Wings"模式。
  4. 烘烤过程中,准备蜂蜜油:50克油+100克蜂蜜搅拌均匀。
  5. 烤15分钟后取出翻面,刷上蜂蜜油,再继续烤10分钟即可。
