Ingredients:
- Chicken wings – About 10 pcs
- Orleans seasoning powder – 75g
- Honey – 100g
- Water – 70g
- Baking soda – 1 tsp
- Oil – 50g
Instructions:
- Coat the chicken wings with Orleans seasoning powder and a little water. Marinate overnight.
- Add 1 tsp of baking soda, mix well, and marinate for another 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Add a little oil, mix well, and place the wings on the oven rack with the meat side up. Select "Roasted Chicken Wings" mode.
- While baking, prepare the honey oil mixture by mixing 50g oil and 100g honey.
- After 15 minutes, take out the wings, flip them over, brush with honey oil, and continue baking for another 10 minutes.

- 烤15分钟后取出翻面,刷上蜂蜜油,再继续烤10分钟即可。
