3. Steamed Eggs

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 2
  • Water 180g
  • Salt, appropriate amount
  • Light soy sauce, appropriate amount
  • Sesame oil, appropriate amount


Steps:

  1. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk until well combined.
  2. Add 180g of warm water and salt, then stir evenly.
  3. Strain the egg mixture through a sieve.
  4. Let it sit for 10 minutes to remove bubbles or skim off the foam with a spoon.
  5. Select the “Steamed Egg” preset in the i8 Steam Oven.
  6. Garnish with chopped scallions, light soy sauce, and sesame oil before serving.

Small tips

Wrap the plate in plastic wrap, then poke a few holes in it for a smoother steamed egg.

  • 鸡蛋 2粒
  • 水 180g
  • 盐 适量
  • 生抽 适量
  • 香油 适量


步骤:
1)将2个鸡蛋打入碗中搅拌均匀。
2)加入180g温水和盐搅拌均匀。
3)用滤网将蛋液过滤。
4)静置10分钟消泡,或用汤匙撇去泡沫。
5)选择 i8蒸烤箱 的“Steamed Egg”模式。
6)撒上青葱、生抽和香油,即可享用。


小贴士

保鲜膜包着盘子,然后戳几个小洞放进去蒸会更滑哦。
