2. Steamed Fish

Ingredients:

  • Seabass 1 (about 500g)
  • Ginger slices 13
  • Scallions (white and green parts separated)
  • Chili 1


Steps:

  1. Clean the seabass, make a cut on both sides of the spine and another along the backbone.
  2. Place 5 slices of ginger on the fish, add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, and cover with water to marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare an empty bowl, slice the scallions, ginger, and chili, and soak them in water for later use.
  4. Place the marinated seabass on a plate, laying ginger slices underneath and on top.
  5. Sprinkle a small amount of salt evenly on the fish, then put it into the i8 Steam Oven.
  6. Select the “Steamed Fish” mode, and let it sit for 2 minutes after cooking ends.
  7. Discard the water and ginger slices from the plate, add the prepared ginger, scallion, and chili slices, then pour hot oil over them (garlic can also be sautéed in the i8).
  8. Pour in steamed fish soy sauce and serve.

材料:

  • 鲈鱼 1条约500g
  • 姜片 13片
  • 青葱(分成葱头葱尾)
  • 辣椒 1条

步骤:
1)鲈鱼处理干净,在鱼椎骨两侧各划一刀,在鱼的背面贴着骨头也各划一刀。
2)放5片姜片在鱼上,加1汤匙白醋,并倒入清水没过鱼,腌制10分钟。
3)准备一个空碗,将葱姜辣椒切丝,放入清水浸泡备用。
4)准备一个盘子,摆上腌制好的鲈鱼,在盘底和鱼背上铺上姜片。
5)在鱼上均匀撒上一点盐,然后放入 i8蒸烤箱
6)选择“Steamed Fish”模式,烹饪结束后焖2分钟。
7)倒掉盘里的水和姜片,放入姜葱辣椒丝,泼上热油(可在 i8 中用蒜米加油爆香)。
8)倒入蒸鱼酱油,即可享用。
