Ingredients:
- Unsalted butter 250g
- Brown sugar 200g (1 cup)
- Salt ½ tsp
- Egg 1
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- All-purpose flour 310g (2½ cups)
- Cornstarch 60g (½ cup)
- Corn oil 54g (4 tbsp) /
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Chocolate chips 350g
Instructions:
- Cut butter into small cubes and let it soften at room temperature.
- In a bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, combine butter and brown sugar, mix lightly. Add salt and continue zigzag mixing.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mix briefly.
- Gradually add the flour mixture while mixing in a zigzag motion. Add corn oil, mix well, then add the remaining flour.
- Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Refrigerate the dough overnight.
- Grease the baking tray with oil or butter, then line with baking paper.
- Shape dough into small balls and place them on the baking tray.
- Put into the i8 Steam Oven, select Cookies mode, and bake.

- 在烤盘上涂上油或黄油,铺上烘焙纸。

- 放入i8蒸烤箱,选择Cookies模式,启动即可。
