16. Toast

Ingredients:

  • Bread flour 300g 
  • Milk 170g
  • Whole egg
  • Sugar 30g
  • Salt 2g
  • Yeast 5g
  • Butter 20g

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except butter, knead until a rough membrane forms.
  2. Add butter and continue kneading until a thin membrane forms.
  3. Rest the dough for 15 minutes, roll it out, and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a toast mold for final proofing (about 1 hour).
  4. Place it into the i8 Steam Oven and select "Toast" mode.

材料:

  • 高筋面粉 300g
  • 牛奶 170g
  • 全蛋 1粒
  • 30g
  • 2g
  • 酵母 5g
  • 牛油 20g

步骤:

  1. 将牛油以外的材料搅拌,揉面至能拉出粗膜。
  2. 加入牛油继续揉面,直到可以拉出薄膜。
  3. 醒面15分钟,擀平后卷起放入吐司模,发酵约1小时
  4. 放入i8蒸烤箱,选择**"Toast"** 模式,启动即可。
