Ingredients:
- Bread flour 300g
- Milk 170g
- Whole egg 1
- Sugar 30g
- Salt 2g
- Yeast 5g
- Butter 20g
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients except butter, knead until a rough membrane forms.
- Add butter and continue kneading until a thin membrane forms.
- Rest the dough for 15 minutes, roll it out, and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a toast mold for final proofing (about 1 hour).
- Place it into the i8 Steam Oven and select "Toast" mode.
