10. Chinese Steamed Cake

Ingredients: Chinese Steamed Cake

  • Rice flour 300g
  • Fine sugar 100g
  • Water 300ml
  • Original Eno (Ilou) 1½ tsp (approx. 5g)

Steps:

  1. Mix 300g rice flour, 100g fine sugar, and 300ml water thoroughly.
  2. Add a few drops of pink food coloring.
  3. Stir in 1½ tsp (approx. 5g) Ilou yeast until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into paper cups (fill 90% full) and select "Chinese Steamed Cake" mode in the i8 Steam Oven.

材料:中式蒸糕

  • 粘米粉 300克
  • 细砂糖 100克
  • 水 300ml
  • 原味以罗 1茶匙半(约5克)

步骤:
1)将 300克粘米粉100克细砂糖 和 300ml 清水 混合,搅拌均匀。
2)滴入少许 粉红色素
3)加入 1茶匙半 (约5克) 以罗 拌匀。
4)将面糊倒入纸杯(9分满),选择 "Chinese Steamed Cake" 模式即可。
