Ingredients: Chinese Steamed Cake
- Rice flour 300g
- Fine sugar 100g
- Water 300ml
- Original Eno (Ilou) 1½ tsp (approx. 5g)
Steps:
- Mix 300g rice flour, 100g fine sugar, and 300ml water thoroughly.
- Add a few drops of pink food coloring.
- Stir in 1½ tsp (approx. 5g) Ilou yeast until well combined.
- Pour the batter into paper cups (fill 90% full) and select "Chinese Steamed Cake" mode in the i8 Steam Oven.
