Ingredients: Steamed Prawns
- Fresh prawns (large/medium) 500g (cleaned)
- Ginger 1 piece (smashed)
- Spring onions 2 stalks (cut into sections, smash the white part)
- Shaoxing wine 1 tbsp
Sauce:
- Minced garlic, appropriate amount
- Small green chili 1 piece (sliced)
- Scallion oil, appropriate amount
- Light soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Calamansi lime 2 pieces
Steps:
- Place the minced garlic and sliced green chili in a sauce bowl. Prepare scallion oil and heat in the i8 Steam Oven at 100°C for 5 minutes. Pour the hot oil into the sauce bowl, then add 1 tbsp light soy sauce and squeeze in 2 calamansi limes.
- Prepare an empty plate, lay spring onions and ginger at the bottom, then place the prawns on top. Drizzle with 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine. Select the “Steamed Prawn” mode and start cooking.
- Once done, remove and serve.
材料:白灼虾
- 鲜虾(大/中)500 克(清理干净)
- 姜 1 块(拍碎)
- 青葱 2 根(切段,葱白拍碎)
- 绍兴酒 1 汤匙
酱料:
- 蒜末 适量
- 小青椒 1 条(切片)
- 葱油 适量
- 生抽 2 汤匙
- 吉子 2 粒
步骤:
1)蒜末和小青椒放入酱料碗。准备 适量葱油,放入 i8蒸烤箱,100°C 加热 5 分钟,取出后淋入酱料碗。加入 1 汤匙生抽 和 2 粒吉子挤汁。
2)准备空盘,底部铺满青葱和姜,然后把虾铺上去。淋上 1 汤匙绍兴酒,按下 “Steamed Prawn” 模式启动。
3)蒸好后取出摆盘,即可享用。
