29. Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower
  • Pumpkin (cut into chunks) 
  • Asparagus
  • Baby corn
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Zucchini (cut into chunks)
  • Broccoli
  • Carrot (cut into strips) 
  • Button mushrooms (halved) 

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and evenly spread a little olive oil.
  2. Cut the vegetables into pieces and spread them evenly on the tray.
  3. Sprinkle pepper salt and drizzle a little more olive oil on top.
  4. Place in the oven and select Roasted Vegetables mode.


材料:

  • 花椰菜
  • 南瓜(切块)
  • 芦笋
  • 玉米笋
  • 小番茄
  • 西葫芦(切块)
  • 西兰花
  • 胡萝卜(切条)
  • 口蘑(切半)

步骤:

  1. 在烤盘上铺上铝箔纸,倒入少许橄榄油涂抹均匀
  2. 将蔬菜切块后,平铺在烤盘上
  3. 撒上胡椒盐,再淋上少许橄榄油
  4. 放入烤箱,选择Roasted Vegetables模式烘烤。
