Ingredients:
- Cauliflower
- Pumpkin (cut into chunks)
- Asparagus
- Baby corn
- Cherry tomatoes
- Zucchini (cut into chunks)
- Broccoli
- Carrot (cut into strips)
- Button mushrooms (halved)
Instructions:
- Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and evenly spread a little olive oil.
- Cut the vegetables into pieces and spread them evenly on the tray.
- Sprinkle pepper salt and drizzle a little more olive oil on top.
- Place in the oven and select Roasted Vegetables mode.
