Ingredients: Moist Chocolate Cake
- All-purpose flour 2 cups
- Sugar 2 cups
- Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Baking soda 2 tsp
- Buttermilk 1 cup
- Hot water 1 cup
- Melted butter 1/4 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
- Eggs 3
Instructions:
- Prepare a mixing bowl. Sift flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together. Mix well.
- Add buttermilk and hot water, then stir until combined.
- Add melted butter, vanilla essence, and eggs, then mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a cake mold, place it in the i8 Oven, and select "Moist Choc Cake" mode.
