12. Moist Choc Cake

Ingredients: Moist Chocolate Cake

  • All-purpose flour 2 cups
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 2 tsp
  • Buttermilk 1 cup
  • Hot water 1 cup
  • Melted butter 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 3

Instructions:

  1. Prepare a mixing bowl. Sift flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together. Mix well.
  2. Add buttermilk and hot water, then stir until combined.
  3. Add melted butter, vanilla essence, and eggs, then mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a cake mold, place it in the i8 Oven, and select "Moist Choc Cake" mode.

材料:湿润巧克力蛋糕

  • 中筋面粉 2 杯

  • 泡打粉 1 茶匙

步骤:
1)准备搅拌碗,过筛面粉、砂糖、可可粉、盐、泡打粉、小苏打,搅拌均匀。
2)加入白脱牛奶和热水,搅拌均匀。
3)加入融化黄油、香草精和鸡蛋,搅拌至顺滑。
4)倒入蛋糕模,放入i8烤箱,选择**“Moist Choc Cake”**模式。
